Supsters Coiled SUP Leash Green
Basically, you should use a leash with every Sup Tour you go on. It connects the foot with the board and prevents you from loosing the board, in case of falling into the water. Wind or currents can easily drag your board away. We recommend buying and using a leash to all our SUP customers.
Also on river tours in flat water, the leash is a good idea. Since the leash is coiled and therefore does not drag in the water, it can not get caught on the ground, which would lead to a dangerous situation. In flowing water it is almost impossible to reach the board after falling in the water.
The leg cuff can either be fastened on the ankle or underneath of the knee.
